Agent market

Buyers place bids and the ETH is reserved in the market contract. A holder sells into the best bid that accepts the agent's tier and receives the price minus the seller fee, immediately. Holders can also list an agent at a fixed price; a buyer pays it in one transaction. Every agent carries its seats, allotments and unclaimed dividends to the new owner.
